II. Return Conditions

Please ensure that the product you are returning meets all the following conditions, otherwise we may not be able to process your return request:

IV. Shipping Fee Responsibility

The party responsible for the return shipping cost depends on the reason for the return:

Product Quality Issues or Transit Damage The Company. Please pay the shipping fee first; we will refund the shipping cost (up to the amount of your original order shipping fee) along with the product refund.
No Reason Return (Change of Mind) The Customer. You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item.

V. Refund Processing

  1. Refund Audit: We will complete the final inspection within 3 business days after receiving the returned package and confirming it meets all return conditions.
  2. Refund Time: Once approved, the refund will be initiated immediately. The amount will be returned to the original payment account.
    • Refund processing typically takes 3-10 business days to reach your account (the exact time depends on your payment platform and bank processing speed).
  3. Refund Amount:
    • Non-Quality Issue Return: The original price of the product will be refunded. If your order involved a promotion or discount, the actual amount paid will be refunded.
    • Quality Issue Return: The original price of the product + original order shipping fee + your paid return shipping fee (up to the limit) will be refunded.

VI. Exchange Policy

If you require an exchange, please follow the “Return” process to send back the original item and place a new order on the website for the desired product. We do not offer direct exchange services.
